High School Learn to Row

Rowing is the oldest intercollegiate sport in the United States. These 5 day programs are designed to introduce young high school students to the Sport of Rowing. This program teaches the fundamentals of rowing and land training. Rowers will learn time management and communication, and develop leadership skills and character. High Schools with rowing programs find easier college entrance avenues.
