This program is to teach adults of any age how to use the rowing machine (erg) for indoor training. It is a full body exercise, although primarily the legs that will introduce you to a lifelong sport of rowing. The class will start easy with basics and slowly move into higher intensity workouts. Everyone can go at their own pace as we all have limitations. Coaches are very skilled and willing to work one-on-one during the sessions to help each person understand the stroke.
Session 2: March 6- 24th
Tuesday evenings 7-8:30pm
Friday evenings 5:30-7pm
